Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy :
Ruzbakery is a customer-centric organization and we hold the customer in high esteem as the customer is the reason for our existence.
Our terms for refunds and cancellations are as follows:
1. A representative of Ruzbakery shall contact you on the phone number/ e-mail id provided to us when you place an order to confirm the details of the order, to inform you of the price to be paid, and if there is any specific or special requirements, the additional price for such requirements, and the approximate delivery time.
2. Cancellations will be considered only if the item that you ordered is different in design/type/colour/content/unfit for consumption.
3. In case the item received is not of merchantable quality, or not fit for consumption due to stale condition or contaminated, you are advised to forthwith bring it to our notice on within 4 hours of receipt of product and our Chief Baker shall attend to it. However, we will need you to provide us a physical sample so that we can conduct our investigations and testing to ensure utmost quality which is our primary focus. Wherever possible, we shall send it for testing and shall keep you informed of the results.
4. Ruzbakery shall not entertain cancellations once you have received the above confirmation from us.
5. However, if an item you ordered is unavailable, after confirmation of the order, you shall be entitled to cancel the order.
6. This cancellation facility is not available for orders placed under the ‘Same-Day’ Delivery category.
7. Ruzbakery reserves the sole rights to cancel your order for the following reasons:
a. Non-availability of the items ordered with us
b. Incomplete information given by you to service the order and hence inability to deliver your order
c. The delivery address provided by you is not within the places of service of our delivery partners
d. If you are not accessible/ not reachable/unresponsive for confirmation of the order.
Procedure for processing Refunds:
8. Kindly contact us on Mob No: or on email ruzbakery@gmail.com for cancellation and refund. Please write ‘Cancellation’ in the Subject of the email to help us process your refunds quicker.
9. Ruzbakery shall examine your request to ascertain your eligibility for cancellation 7 refund as per our policy as stated above, and on approval of your request the refund shall be initiated.
10. The refund amount is arrived at by deducting 20% (shipping and internet payment charges) from your original payment.
11. The Refund amount shall be credited to the customer’s bank account / wallet (from which the payment is made) in 7-10 working days’ after completing the verification.
